Yandex Plus subscribers will get more cashback

Yandex Plus users can now choose categories with increased cacheback and receive additional discounts via Yandex Pay. Every month they will have the opportunity to choose 5 out of 10 categories to receive bonuses – discounts or cacheback with Plus points applicable in Yandex services and its partners. These categories are valid only for those who have selected them. If you have relatives in your Yandex Plus subscription, they will also need to select their categories.

For example, in June you can get up to 50% off at Yandex Food, up to 30% off at Yandex Market, up to 10% cashback for paying for a subscription or changing your plan at Yandex Plus, up to 15% off cab rides via Yandex Go, up to 10% off when paying with a Pay card on public transportation, and up to 20% cashback when paying with any bank card at other Yandex services (Afisha, Travel, Drive, and Auto.ru).

Yandex Plus points can be used in various Yandex services – to pay for cabs, order food from restaurants, buy groceries from stores and in online stores. The basic cashback by Plus points will not change for all users, regardless of the new categories selected. This cacheback is credited when paying with any bank card in Yandex services and on partner sites, supplementing the bank’s basic cacheback. Yandex Plus previously reported that it awarded users 21 billion cacheback points for paying through Yandex Pay over the past year, up 29% year-on-year. Points were most often used to pay for cab rides, food orders, subscription renewals, and fuel payments.
