ViewSonic introduced the VX2758-4K-PRO-2 gaming monitor with 4K 160Hz and 1080p 320Hz modes

The ViewSonic has introduced the VX2758-4K-PRO-2, a 27-inch gaming monitor that lets you switch between 4K 160Hz and 1080p 320Hz. This solution is suitable for both cinematic gameplay in 4K and dynamic cyber sports games in Full HD. In China, the model is already on sale for 1,599 yuan (~$220).
Main Features of ViewSonic VX2758-4K-PRO-2
The new product features Fast IPS (Fast IPS) with 1ms GtG response time, which provides minimal latency and high image clarity. The screen supports 10-bit color depth (8-bit + FRC) and HDR10, which improves contrast and color reproduction.
The monitor covers:
- 100% sRGB
- 95% DCI-P3
- 87% AdobeRGB
- 85% NTSC
Brightness is 300 nits and static contrast ratio is 1000:1.


Design and Connections
The monitor comes with a metal fixed-angle stand, but also supports VESA 100×100mm mounting. It comes with two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DP 1.4 ports, and a 3.5mm audio output. A built-in power supply simplifies cabling.
Gamer Features
ViewSonic VX2758-4K-PRO-2 supports Adaptive Synchronization technologies (FreeSync and G-Sync Compatible) to eliminate image tearing. Built-in Fast Switching Mode allows you to instantly change resolution and refresh rate.

- PIP/PBP mode (picture-in-picture, picture-within-a-picture)
- 3A Gaming Mode – optimized gaming presets

When to expect a global release?
It is not yet known when the VX2758-4K-PRO-2 will hit the international market. However, ViewSonic also introduced the VP2788-5K, which is positioned as a competitor to the Apple Studio Display, as well as another 27-inch monitor with a similar 4K 160Hz / Full HD 320Hz mode.
