What the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra renders have revealed

Samsung is preparing to unveil its flagship Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra tablet at IFA 2025 in Berlin, where it is also expected to announce a more affordable Galaxy Tab S10 Lite model. The new product retains the 14.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2960 × 1848 pixels, but gets an updated design with a semi-circular cutout instead of a square notch. At only about 5mm thick, the device is even thinner, while retaining an impressive 11,600mAh battery.

The WinFuture publication WinFuture has published exclusive renders showing off the modern look of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. The model gets flat aluminum edges, minimal bezels around the screen and a stylish silver-gray finish. The manufacturer has revised the approach to the front camera, replacing the dual 12-megapixel sensors with a single module. The main camera is a tandem of 12- and 13-megapixel sensors with support for ultra-wide-angle shooting.

The heart of the device is the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. The junior version of the tablet will get 8GB of RAM, while the top-end configuration will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. A version with 5G support will also be available. The device will come with the OS pre-installed.
