Asus ROG unveiled Azoth 96 HE and Falchion Ace ZywOo Edition gaming keyboards with magnetic switches and 0.125ms response time

The ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) gaming division has introduced two new keyboards — the Azoth 96 HE and Falchion Ace HFX ZywOo Edition. Both models are designed for professional gamers and cyber athletes, offering lightning-fast response, precise control and an enhanced tactile typing experience.

ROG Azoth 96 HE gets ROG HFX V2 magnetic switches and a compact 96 percent layout. Key depth is adjustable from 0.1mm to 3.5mm with 0.01mm accuracy, and the built-in Hall sensor provides ultra-precise pressure detection and improved energy efficiency. Each key is factory calibrated for consistent Rapid Trigger performance.
The keyboard supports three connection modes: wireless ROG SpeedNova 8K, wired USB, and Bluetooth, and can connect to up to five devices simultaneously. In both modes, it delivers an 8000Hz sampling rate without the need for an additional amplifier.
The Azoth 96 HE also includes a 1.47-inch full-color touchscreen and a three-position control that lets you quickly change settings like sensitivity or depth of response. Four layers of PORON, one IXPE pad and a silicone backing reduce vibration and key noise. The top panel is made of metal, and translucent keys with ROG branding give the device a premium look.
Falchion Ace HFX ZywOo Edition was created in collaboration with professional Counter-Strike player Mathieu «ZywOo» Erbo. It features lubricated ROG HFX magnetic switches with a travel range of 0.1mm to 4.0mm and a 100 million press life. Rapid Trigger mode provides instant key reset, enhancing speed and accuracy of movement during gaming.

The keyboard operates with an 8000Hz polling rate and a response time of just 0.125ms. The five-layer cushioning system with silicone padding makes typing softer and more comfortable. The device has two USB-C ports for connecting to two PCs simultaneously and comes with a protective cover that also serves as a stand.
The price and launch date for both keyboards have not yet been announced, but the new products are expected to hit the market at a premium price.
