About the TV series “Sanctuary”

“Sanctuary” tells the story of the last 10,000 people on Earth who live in a huge underground bunker to escape the supposedly toxic and dangerous outside world. The inhabitants don’t know the real reason the bunker was built, and attempts to discover the truth could turn deadly.

The main character, Juliet Nichols, an engineer, seeks to uncover the secrets of the asylum after the murder of a loved one. The lead role is played by Rebecca Ferguson, who is also executive producing the series. The project is based on Hugh Howey’s best-selling “Wool” trilogy.

Season Two: What to Expect

The second season of “Sanctuary” includes 10 episodes. The first will air on Nov. 15, and the remaining episodes will be released weekly on Fridays through Jan. 17.
