WWDC 2023: New Apple Macs expected

Apple will hold its annual developer conference, WWDC 2023, starting June 5. According to Mark Gurman, we’ll see an AR/VR headset as well as new versions of the company’s operating systems for smartphones, tablets, computers and smartwatches.

In a more intriguing twist, Gurman also suggested that there will be «several new Mac» which means there will be more than just a 15-inch MacBook Air with the M2 chipset.

It is known that Macs with the M3 platform will be unveiled later this year. The new Macbook Air will have the M2 chip, leaving the new Mac Pro with the M2 Ultra chip for «maximum CPU performance». While an «all-in-one» iMac desktop computer is unlikely, we may also see a new Mac Studio with an M2 chip.
