VAIO presents Vision+ 14 portable monitor in an unusual design

The VAIO brand has introduced the Vision+ 14 portable monitor, which weighs just 325 grams. According to the manufacturer, it’s the lightest model in its class. Despite the minimal thickness of the body, the device is just as capable as its bulkier counterparts.

The dimensions of the monitor are 312x211x12.4 mm at a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels (16:10). The backlight has a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The monitor features 100 percent sRGB gamut coverage, anti-reflective coating, and 178° viewing angles.

There’s a USB Type-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode) connector with power function to connect the signal source. Another such port can charge a gadget connected to the monitor. It comes with a stand that allows you to raise the portable display for convenient use in conjunction with a laptop.

The VAIO Vision+ 14 costs $340 (29 680 rubles). As an option, the manufacturer offers a separately available “anti-spy” filter that protects against peeking.
