ASUS ProArt PA32KCX, the world’s first 8K monitor with mini-LED screen, has been unveiled
By ForGeeks ASUS has unveiled the ProArt PA32KCX, the first monitor on the market to combine 8K resolution and mini-LED technology. It also offers other important features for professional use.
The PA32KCX is the first monitor on the market to combine 8K resolution with mini-LED technology.
ASUS ProArt PA32KCX features a 32-inch matrix with mini-LED backlighting (4096 dimming zones, up to 1200 nits brightness), 7680×4320 pixel resolution (275 ppi) and 97% DCI-P3 gamut coverage. The monitor has a built-in color profile calibration and write-back feature that can be performed either manually or automatically using the built-in colorimeter.
Other features of the model include support for HDR10 and HLG standards, as well as the presence of vision protection technologies (anti-glare coating, flicker reduction and ASUS Eye Care+). The interface includes two Thunderbolt (USB Type-C) ports with up to 96W of power output.
The launch date and price of the ASUS Professional Monitor will be announced at a later date.
