The Ayaneo AM02 has a color scheme reminiscent of the NES and has an angular shape. Unlike the console, the front panel of the mini-PC has USB ports instead of gamepad slots, and instead of a cartridge slot, there’s a 4-inch touchscreen display. The described display is an element that expands gaming capabilities, according to the description. Various connectors can be found on the case:

- USB Type-C;
- 4 x USB Type-A;
- DisplayPort;
- 2 x Ethernet;
- Power connector;
- Headphone jack;
- Kensington security slot;
It is known that the computer will be based on AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, which is also used in the Slide and Flip consoles. Fundraising for the project will start on January 18, along with detailed specs and pricing.
