Acer released a 27-inch gaming monitor with 2K resolution and 144 Hz

Acer has expanded its gaming monitor portfolio with a new model called the Nitro XV272URV.
The Nitro XV272URV features a 27-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (WQHD) and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It features a pixel density of 109 PPI and 8-bit color depth for vivid and accurate color reproduction.


The Nitro XV272URV features a panel that covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space, delivering rich and realistic colors. It also boasts VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, offering enhanced dynamic range. The screen has a maximum brightness of 400 nits.
The monitor runs at 144Hz, but it can be overclocked up to 170Hz. This feature combined with the fast 1ms response time (GtG) minimizes input lag and enables a smooth gaming experience. Other features include AMD FreeSync Premium compatibility and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Acer Nitro XV272URV is priced at €400.
