The Yandex Maps app has a new feature that will help you keep up to date with important and interesting details about various establishments in the city. Now you can subscribe to reviews from other users who are actively exploring the city.

The company notes that Maps will suggest users with similar interests, and if you share your contact list with the app, it will recommend subscribing to friends’ reviews. Their likes will be visible in search results, and reviews will appear first in the venue’s card. If you don’t want to share your impressions, you can make your profile non-public. Then the reviews will only appear in the place cards, but won’t appear in other users’ feeds and won’t show up in your profile.
