Apple Music has added a feature to display monthly stats
By ForGeeks Apple Music is introducing a monthly Replay feature that shows listening statistics for tracks, artists and albums listened to over the past 30 days. Users can now see their monthly listening time and share Replay information with family and friends. As you know, Apple Music offers millions of songs in on-demand streaming. It also combines your personal music catalog with on-demand streaming and live radio — all in one place.
Monthly stats will only be displayed to users who «listen to enough music». The new feature is likely an attempt by Apple to continue competing with music streaming service Spotify, which introduced several new features in 2023, including an option to determine a city based on songs listened to. Apple’s 2024 Apple Replay Mix playlist, which presents a personalized chart of the year’s best songs, became available in the Apple Music app.
