CleverData has introduced a new version of the CleverData Join CDP

CleverData has officially announced the new version of CDP CleverData Join, which is a superior IT solution for managing client data. It should be clarified that this platform has received a number of changes that improve performance and increase security of use. A Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism has been added to the process, which enables single sign-on through an account in an external Microsoft Azure identity provider. Another important change is the ability to log into CleverData Join by adding a user to predefined groups. Speaking of which, user roles are defined based on the mapping specified when configuring the connection. It is performed both on the identity provider side and on the CleverData Join side using a convenient interface. We plan to expand the list of available identity providers in the future.

Users are now given access to Audience Manager and Tag Manager Editor – for employees with full access to both editing tag manager entities (with the ability to publish a container) and editing taxonomies. The UI has also been updated: now error messages will not contain their technological descriptions and sensitive information. The storage format has also been optimized, which helps analyze sequences of events across merged profiles more accurately. Tracking of adapter instances that are in a running state longer than the expected time interval has been added to technology monitoring. It is also now possible to proactively monitor this component of the system.
