iOS 17 may introduce a feature that will make it easier to log into a public Wi-Fi network

Apple is reportedly planning to introduce a small but welcome convenience feature in iOS 17: device-to-device synchronization for Wi-Fi access portals. That’s according to the latest Power On newsletter from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
And that’s what the latest Power On newsletter from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says.
This feature will eliminate the annoyance of having to individually fill out pop-up forms to access public Wi-Fi on all your devices. According to Gurman, “This new feature will allow you to enter this information on one device and synchronize it with your other devices.” This is one of several future features that Apple may show off at its Worldwide Developers Conference, scheduled for June 9-13 this year. The event is expected to bring some major design changes to the company’s operating systems, which should provide a more uniform look and feel to the software of its products.

Gourmet also reports that the AirPods may get a live translation feature, which we could see at WWDC along with a revamped Health app.
