Modus and ICL Soft join forces to advance Russian BI solutions
Russian business intelligence system developer Modus and technology firm ICL Soft have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The deal was inked by Modus CEO Kirill Kuznetsov and ICL Soft CEO Rinat Khabibullin.
The collaboration covers the full spectrum-from consulting to technical support for deployed systems.
Modus will gain access to the client base of a market leader with strong expertise in AI and automation.
ICL Soft will expand its portfolio of domestic BI tools.
The agreement aims to boost the presence of Russian BI systems in the market and provide customers with end-to-end services for deploying analytics platforms. Both companies will work together on consulting, installing data analysis systems, technical support, and enhancing existing solutions.
What each side gets
ICL Soft will add business intelligence products to its portfolio. The company specializes in developing digital solutions and has expertise in AI, process automation, and data management. For Modus, the deal opens doors to a major market player with an established client base and deep technical knowledge.

Founded in 2014, Modus is headquartered in Moscow. The company develops data quality management solutions, including business intelligence systems, ETL platforms, and related software. Over its history, Modus has delivered more than 180 projects for clients such as Sberbank, Roszdravnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, the Moscow government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Uralsib Holding, Rossiya Airlines, and others. It releases about nine major updates annually. Modus products are recommended for large enterprises according to the “Kryug Gromova 2025” rating.
