Realme 16 Pro key features revealed ahead of launch
The Realme 16 Pro series will officially debut in India on January 6. Ahead of the launch, the company has been gradually revealing the key features of the devices and has now confirmed a number of specifications of the Pro version.
Last week, Realme announced that both the Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ will get a 200MP main camera. Meanwhile, the older Pro+ model will additionally feature a periscopic telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom.
At the same time, the Realme 16 Pro+ model will be equipped with a periscopic telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom.
Now, it has been revealed that the Realme 16 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max chipset with 5G support. The smartphone will get an AirFlow VC cooling system and the company claims to score over 970,000 points in the AnTuTu test.

The device will feature a 7,000mAh battery and an AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits. The smartphone will run realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 and will get a number of AI-enabled features including AI Recording, AI Framing Master, and Google Gemini integration.
Realme 16 Pro will come in Master Gold, Pebble Gray and Orchid Purple colors. IP69 case protection has also been confirmed.
