The new route and its possibilities

Route No. 90 connects metro station «Sokolniki» and Paveletsky railway station. It passes by four railway stations and also provides connections to 16 metro and MCC stations. In this way, passengers get new convenient options for traveling around the city center.

At the same time, the new line will provide passengers with new convenient options for traveling around the city center.

There are 20 new single-section streetcars «Lioness-Moscow» running on the line. The cars are able to travel more than four kilometers on an autonomous run thanks to stored energy. The absence of catenary wires not only reduces visual noise, but also improves the perception of the urban environment.

Comfort and accessibility

The streetcars are equipped with climate control, multimedia screens, gadget charging sockets and targeted push-button door opening. A completely low floor and adaptations for less mobile passengers make travel more accessible.
