Thunderobot introduced Zero 16 Pro gaming laptop with RTX 5070 Ti graphics card
By ForGeeks Thunderobot has announced the Zero 16 Pro, a laptop for gamers that stands out with powerful hardware and a screen with a high refresh rate that’s on par with professional monitors for cybersports. It also features an advanced cooling system and expandable RAM.
The heart of the hardware platform is a 20-core Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor, complemented by 32GB of RAM expandable up to 96GB, and a discrete GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 12GB of video memory. For storage, there is a 1TB SSD drive with M.2 (PCIe 5.0) interface, as well as an additional slot for a second drive. The combined power consumption of the processor and graphics card is claimed to be up to 205W.
Thunderobot Zero 16 Pro features a 16-inch panel with 2.5K resolution, 600 cd/m² peak brightness, 4ms response time and full DCI-P3 color space coverage. According to the manufacturer, the proprietary anti-reflective coating reduces light reflection by up to 55%.
The cooling system consists of two fans, seven copper heat pipes, and multiple 0.075mm thick copper plates, totaling 163,000mm². The vents are located all around the perimeter of the case and are adorned with RGB lighting. The keyboard also features RGB backlighting.
In China, the laptop is priced at $1,959 (Rmb159 640). No information about its availability in other markets has been disclosed yet.
