Motorola has unveiled its first laptop, the Moto Book 60

Motorola has officially entered the PC segment by introducing its first laptop – Moto Book 60, which will be exclusively available in India. This is an important step in growing the brand’s ecosystem and taking its design approach to a new category of devices. The Moto Pad 60 Pro was also announced along with the laptop.

OLED display, stylish body and premium design

Moto Book 60 features a 14-inch OLED display with 2.8K resolution, Dolby Vision, HDR support and TÜV certification. The screen covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and refreshes at 120Hz for a rich picture and comfortable viewing experience. The body of the device is made of metal, complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810H and weighs only 1.39 kg. Available in two colors, Pantone Bronze Green and Wedgewood.

Performance and Software

With the latest Intel Core 5 210H and Core 7 240H processors inside, up to 16GB of DDR5 RAM (expandable up to 32GB) and up to 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The device runs on Windows 11 Home and comes with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2024 bundled.

Integration with the Motorola ecosystem

Moto Book 60 supports Smart Connect, Motorola’s proprietary device synchronization solution. Features include Smart Clipboard, Swipe to Share and File Transfer, which provide tight integration with the brand’s smartphones and tablets.

Sockets and Multimedia

On board: Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a full complement of ports – two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 (with DisplayPort 1.4 support), HDMI, microSD card reader and a 3.5mm audio output. There are built-in stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 1080p webcam with IR sensor and privacy curtain, dual microphones, and a 60Wh battery with 65W fast charging over USB-C.

Prices and Availability

Moto Book 60 will go on sale from April 23, 2025 via Flipkart, Motorola.in and retail stores. Installments of up to 12 months are provided, including an interest-free plan from Rs. 5,167 ($60) per month.
