Galaxy S25 and S25+
The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models will be quite similar, with the main difference between them being the screen and battery size. The S25+ will get a larger screen and a larger battery, while the standard S25 will remain a compact variant. Both models will feature the high-end specs that Samsung has traditionally provided in flagship smartphones, including improved cameras and processor, but the focus will be on the size-to-power ratio.

Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Galaxy S25 Ultra model will be the flagship of the lineup. According to reports, the Ultra will get a redesigned design with more oval corners (as opposed to the usual sharp corners of previous models) while retaining all the benefits of a pro device. As with previous Ultra versions, the S25 Ultra will support the S Pen, offering users an improved screen and note-taking experience. In addition, the Ultra version will feature all the top specs, including an improved camera and likely a more powerful chipset.
S25 Ultra will also feature a newer, more powerful chipset.
Galaxy S25 Slim
An interesting addition to the series will be the Galaxy S25 Slim, a thinner and lighter version of the flagship that will differ from the regular models in that it will be lighter and more compact. The S25 Slim is expected to get a 6.66-inch screen as well as an impressive camera with a 200 MP main camera, 50 MP ultra wide-angle camera and 50 MP telephoto lens camera. For processing tasks, the S25 Slim will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and will also get a 5,000 mAh battery. Despite its impressive specs, the Slim will lack some features like wireless charging and likely a periscope camera for a telephoto lens, which will also set it apart from more expensive models.

What to expect from the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra
For users interested in more standard flagships, the Galaxy S25 and S25+ will offer a balance between performance, functionality and affordability. While the Galaxy S25 Ultra will continue the tradition of high performance and professional features, including S Pen support and premium cameras. And the S25 Slim is a great choice for those looking for a smaller but powerful device.
