EcoFlow revealed a PowerHat with solar panels to charge gadgets

EcoFlow, a company known for its chargers and charging stations, has introduced an interesting innovation – a summer hat called the PowerHat. Unlike conventional hats, it can act as a solar charging station for smartphones and other digital devices.
The hat features passivated emitter solar panels (PERC) made of thin and flexible monocrystalline silicon. They are capable of delivering up to 12 watts of power to USB Type-A and Type-C ports. The PowerHat can fully charge a smartphone with a 4,000mAh battery in a maximum of 4 hours, according to the manufacturer’s claim.

The hat is available in two sizes and weighs no more than 400 grams. Despite its classic design, it is IP65 dust and water resistant, allowing you to wear it outdoors even in bad weather.
The EcoFlow PowerHat costs $129 (10 960 rubles) at the pre-order stage, with first shipments scheduled for mid-September.
