XMG revealed the PRO 16 Studio laptop with Core i9-14900HX and vaporizer chamber

The XMG brand has introduced an updated model of the PRO 16 Studio laptop. The new version of the device has changes: it is equipped with an Intel Core i9 processor and has a lighter body weighing 2.3 kg. Despite this, the laptop still has a vaporizer and an NVIDIA GPU.
The laptop’s display uses a 16-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels. It also has a refresh rate of 240Hz, a peak brightness of 350 nits, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Additionally, the laptop has X-Rite certification, factory color calibration, and MUX Switch support, allowing you to choose between increased power efficiency and increased gaming performance.

The laptop is powered by a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900HX processor, which is complemented by an RTX 4070 or 4060 graphics gas pedal. It also supports DDR5 RAM up to 5600MHz. However, due to Intel’s processor architecture, the higher frequency is only available in configurations with up to 32GB of memory. Two M.2 slots with PCI Express 4.0 support are available for storage.
The laptop features a variety of ports including Thunderbolt 4 with Power Delivery, DisplayPort, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, a microSD card slot, HDMI 2.1, Mini DisplayPort 1.4, Gigabit Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 6E module.
XMG PRO 16 Studio also features a full-size LED-backlit keyboard, a 151×91mm Microsoft Precision-compliant touchpad, and a TPM 2.0 hardware module (dTPM) for key management. A Windows Hello-compatible full HD webcam is available for videoconferencing.

The base version of the XMG PRO 16 Studio will be priced from €1,699 (164 965 rubles). The configuration with GeForce RTX 4070 will cost an additional 295 euros (28 640 rubles). The notebook will be available in early June.
