The iCloud app for Windows has received an update with a new design and features
As Apple has become more attentive to PC users, exciting new features and services have started to appear on Windows without switching to Mac. Now, for example, Apple has released a new update to the iCloud app for Windows 10 and 11, offering a modernized user interface and new features.

iCloud version 15.0.214 offers an all-new design, a simple adaptation and customization experience, iCloud content status synchronization, and support for physical security keys for secure Apple ID login. It’s worth noting that there are improvements in photo synchronization performance and a reduction in the frequency of login requests. Fix contacts and calendar synchronization issues with Outlook, requires the latest version of Windows 11 or newer. Speaking of which, dark mode and the ability to view all Apple and third-party devices on the account details page are now supported.
As a reminder, Windows 10 and 11 still, unfortunately, don’t allow users to deauthorize devices using the iCloud app, as is possible on macOS and iOS/iPadOS.
