Machenike revealed the Sugon 16 Air (2024) laptop with Intel Core Ultra and a 120Hz screen
By ForGeeks Machenike has unveiled a new model of its Sugon 16 Air (2024) laptop. Despite its gamer looks, this laptop has some unique features, such as the use of Intel Core Ultra processors and the lack of a discrete graphics card. Instead, the focus is on neural networking, but you can still play games on it.
The centerpiece of the Machenike Sugon 16 Air laptop is its 16-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. This allows for smooth animations and displaying 100% of the sRGB color space. The side bezels are also noted for their thinness, measuring just 5mm.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Ultra 5 125H or Ultra 7 155H processor with integrated Intel Arc graphics. The device doesn’t have a separate graphics card, but its design, which includes plenty of cooling system holes and coolers, clearly indicates its gamer nature.
The laptop features 16/32GB of LPDDR5X RAM at 7467MHz. Storage options are available in 512GB or 1TB capacities using the M.2 PCIe 4.0 interface. A 75Wh battery with 100W fast charging support is responsible for battery life.
The laptop’s keyboard features a number pad and the arrow keys are the same size as the rest of the keys, making them easy to use. In terms of ports, there’s an SD card slot, three USB Type-A (including two USB 3.2), USB Type-C (with 40Gbps support and charging functionality), USB Type-C (with 10Gbps support), a 3.5mm audio jack, and HDMI 2.1.

The price of the base version of the laptop with an Intel Ultra 5 125H processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage is $695 (61,100 rubles). A variant with an Intel Ultra 7 155H processor and the same amount of memory is priced at $779 (68,500 rubles), with 32GB of RAM — $830 (73,000 rubles), and with 1TB of storage — $860 (75,600 rubles).
