On Wildberries there is now a button to cancel the purchase

Online marketplace Wildberries, one of the largest in Russia, has launched a function for canceling an order, but only within one hour after the order is placed or before it is assembled (whichever comes first). Earlier the company informed about testing of this feature at the end of last year, and now the function has become available to users.
In a related post, Wildberries indicated that the function of canceling an order using a special button started working from January 15. After placing an order, the button is available on the website and in the mobile app in the “Deliveries” section. Initially, the option is available only for customers who choose to pay postpaid, but in the future the advantage of canceling an order using the button will become available to all users. In addition, the option will initially only apply to items from merchants who store items in their own warehouses.
The option will be available to all users in the future.
The marketplace says the introduction of the cancel function will help reduce the number of accidental orders. Customers who choose the wrong address, accidentally place an order or get the number of items wrong will no longer face the problem as they can now cancel the delivery on time.

Wildberries merchants will also benefit from the option, as they will be able to reduce their logistics costs by no longer having to ship goods when a user orders incorrectly.
