Max has opened channel testing for A+ authors

National messenger Max has completed the first phase of testing the channels feature, which has been running in closed mode for two months. More than 600 authors from different topic niches took part in the pilot, with a combined audience of more than 5.5 million users.

Since September 17, the service is moving to the second stage. Now bloggers of the «A+» — category who have more than 10 thousand subscribers 10 thousand at least in one social network will be able to create their own channels.
Creators will be able to keep the familiar names of their communities and channels, which the developers believe will make it easier for audiences to transition to the new platform.
How to create a channel in Max
To start a channel, you need to update the app and leave a request via the chatbot «Channels in Max». You can find it by searching «Channels» or by following this link: https://max.ru/channel_bot.
The user needs to click «start» and follow the instructions. Once the application is approved, the channel is automatically formed: the nickname and name are taken from the Roskomnadzor register and will be identical to the official data.
