Interest in the iQOO 15 Ultra is skyrocketing: according to fresh reports, the yet-to-be unveiled smartphone has allegedly set an all-time record in the AnTuTu benchmark, scoring the highest score in the test’s history. According to Digital Chat Station, the base version of the iQOO 15 Ultra will feature 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, while the maximum configuration can offer up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

With the recent price hike due to the shortage of memory chips, the cost of such a smartphone is likely to be very high. The exact price is still unknown, but it’s unlikely to be an affordable flagship.

The iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to be officially announced in China in February. No information on a global launch is available at this time.
