Huawei has launched liquid-cooled cases for the Mate 80 series
Huawei has unveiled updated liquid-cooled cases for its flagship Mate 80 series in China. The new product is compatible with the Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro and Mate 80 Pro Max models. The cost of each variant is about 42 dollars. The company notes that the design is a significant improvement over similar cases for the Mate 70 and Mate 60.
The main change — moving from a partial cover to a full-size structure. With this, cooling is now distributed across the entire back surface of the smartphone, which improves system efficiency.
The main change — is the change from partial coverage to a full-size structure.

The case is made of thin and lightweight PU material to maintain a comfortable grip. There is a transparent window at the bottom of the back panel to show the operation of the liquid circulation system. It gives the accessory a more technologically advanced and futuristic look.
An ultra-thin liquid cooling plate and precision micro-pump are inside the case. The system utilizes a high-performance heat-absorbing layer that helps reduce the temperature of the smartphone case under heavy loads. The case is especially useful when gaming, rendering video, or using navigation at high brightness.
If you’re gaming, rendering video, or using navigation at high brightness, you’ll want to keep your smartphone cool.

The micro pump works automatically and adjusts its activity based on the temperature and load of the device. There is no manual control as the case has no physical switches. The system is powered directly from a smartphone via reverse wireless charging — no cables or external power sources are required.
