GoPro has revealed the Max2 360 camera with 8K resolution and interchangeable lenses
GoPro has finally revealed the successor to its Max 360 action camera — the Max2 360. Along with it, the Lit Hero compact action camera and the Fluid Pro AI smart stabilizer debuted.
At the same time, it’s a compact action camera and a Fluid Pro AI smart stabilizer.
The Max2 360 has a 1/2.3″ sensor and can shoot 360° video at up to 8K resolution at 30 fps, supports 10-bit recording and GP-log. Photos can be taken in 360 with a resolution of 29 MP. The Max HyperSmooth system provides 360° horizon locking stabilization.

One of the main innovations — the ability to change damaged lenses yourself without tools. The camera has six microphones, supports Bluetooth audio, GPS and magnetic mount. It weighs 195g and is water resistant to a depth of 5m. AI tracking, MotionFrame editing, and cloud editing via the GoPro Quik app are also available.
GoPro Lit Hero — the successor to last year’s Hero mini camera, now with a built-in backlight with three brightness levels. The camera writes 4K video up to 60 fps, 2× slow-motion video, takes 12 MP photos, has removable lenses, built-in mounts and a magnet system. Weight — 93g, protection — up to 5m underwater.

The new Fluid Pro AI stabilizer supports AI-assisted object tracking and is compatible with GoPro cameras, smartphones and compact cameras weighing up to 400g. It features 3-axis stabilization, built-in backlighting, and lasts up to 18 hours on a single charge.

GoPro Max2 360 is priced at $499.99, pre-orders are now open and shipments will begin on September 30. The GoPro Lit Hero will cost $269.99, and the Fluid Pro AI — $229.99. They will go on sale on October 21.
