AOC launches new gaming monitor Agon U27G4XM on the world market

AOC is preparing to launch the Agon U27G4XM gaming monitor to the global market. This follows the release of the Q27G4SMN in China, which features Mini LED backlighting and a 27-inch VA panel. The new version uses a Fast IPS panel, keeping the same Mini LED system.

The monitor offers 4K 3840×2160 resolution at 160Hz. In Dual Frame mode, users can switch to 1080p at 320Hz. The device features 1152 zones of local dimming and delivers peak brightness of up to 1200 nits in HDR. The monitor is certified to the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 standard. Claimed 1ms GtG response time and support for Adaptive Sync and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible.

The screen covers 151.8 percent of sRGB space, 98 percent of DCI-P3, and 96.5 percent of Adobe RGB. Mini LED backlighting improves contrast, reduces backlighting, and makes brightness more even. The screen has a 27-inch diagonal, 16:9 aspect ratio, anti-glare coating and 178-degree viewing angles. Contrast — 1000:1 static and 80M:1 dynamic. The panel displays 1.07 billion colors (8 bits plus FRC).

The port selection includes HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, four USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-B port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There are no built-in speakers or USB Type-C port. PiP and PbP modes are supported.

An ergonomic stand is included, with 130mm of height adjustment, a tilt from minus 3 to 21 degrees, a swivel from minus 28 to 28 degrees, and 90-degree rotation in both directions. The front utilizes a three-sided frameless design. The back panel is designed in black and red color. It supports VESA 100×100 mount.

Additional features include Low Input Lag mode, USB hub, and proprietary G-Menu software.

The Agon U27G4XM will start selling in the UK early next year, priced at £399.99. In the Eurozone, the monitor will be available in January 2026 at a price of €519.
