Vivo X300: leak reveals full list of flagship’s specs

Vivo is preparing to release the X300 series of smartphones. The manufacturer previously confirmed the use of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with Vivo’s proprietary image processor Vivo V3+. Now insider Digital Chat Station has published a spreadsheet detailing the specifications of the upcoming device.
Screen and Design
The flagship will get 6.31-inch LTPO display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The panel is based on the exclusive substrate BOE Q10+, supports a minimum brightness of 1 nits and features uniform thin bezels on all sides. The smartphone’s design is made with an emphasis on symmetry and straight edges.

Cameras
The main focus is on photo and video capabilities. The camera system includes:
- 200 MP HPB main sensor (1/1.4″),
- 50 MP ultra-wide lens,
- 50 MP Sony LYT602 periscope lens with macro and 3x optical zoom (1/2″).
The cameras will get optics with Zeiss T* coating. The front camera is based on a 50 MP sensor.
Performance and Battery
Besides the flagship Dimensity 9500 processor and V3+ chip, the smartphone is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh. It supports 90W wired charging and wireless charging.
Additional Features
Vivo X300 will feature a second-generation sub-screen 3D fingerprint scanner, a USB 3.2 connector and proprietary image processing algorithms.
