TECNO FreeHear 1 is a lightweight, open-ear headphone weighing just 4.6 grams, with an ergonomic design and a flexible memory nickel-titanium alloy connection. This design ensures a secure fit to the ears and adapts to the user’s anatomy.
These headphones feature 11mm drivers and DirectSound technology that minimizes sound leakage and directs sound directly into the ear, creating an immersive and private experience. They can last up to 5.5 hours on a single charge, and up to 28 hours with a case charge.

The TECNO Sonic 2 headphones offer intelligent hybrid active noise cancellation up to 35dB. The 10mm dynamic drivers with titanium diaphragm are responsible for sound quality, while six microphones with AI algorithms ensure voice clarity during calls. Up to 6 hours on a single charge and 45 hours with a case.
The two models support touch controls for playback, calls and noise cancellation, and allow simultaneous connection to two devices. Welife’s proprietary app provides options for sound customization (bass, midrange, and vocal enhancement) and personalization of connection pop-ups. The headphones also include a special low-latency gaming mode.
The TECNO FreeHear 1 has a recommended retail price of R4,999 and the TECNO Sonic 2 has a recommended retail price of R4,499.
