The new ZTE Blade V80 Vita will be similar to the iPhone 17 Pro

ZTE is preparing to release a new budget smartphone, the Blade V80 Vita, and judging by fresh leaks, its design will seem familiar. According to renders published by insider Evan Blass (@evleaks), it appears that the company was inspired by the look of Apple’s flagships — iPhone 17 Pro.
The Blade V80 Vita gets a wide horizontal camera panel with three sensors and a flash in the same place as the iPhone 17 Pro Max. In place of Apple’s signature LiDAR scanner, ZTE has placed a round Neo emblem — apparently to fill out the composition without increasing the number of cameras.
The smartphone’s body has a modern style with flat edges reminiscent of the iPhone’s, but ZTE has added a few practical differences. Among them — a red power button, a dedicated shortcut key on the left side, and the familiar 3.5mm headphone jack next to the USB-C port. That makes the device a little more versatile than many of today’s Android smartphones.
In contrast to the slightly rounded sides of the iPhone, the Blade V80 Vita’s body is completely flat — this is possible thanks to a different material and simplified design.
Details about technical specifications have not yet been disclosed, but judging by the past models of the series, the novelty will remain in the budget segment. Expect a low-cost processor, a standard battery and a moderate price. The Blade V80 Vita is primarily aimed at those who want a stylish smartphone with premium looks, but without the high cost.

It’s interesting that designs appearing in expensive flagships are being reflected more and more quickly in affordable models. The wide camera module, like on the iPhone 17 Pro, is already becoming one of the most recognizable elements of 2025 — and ZTE clearly wants to be among the first to bring that style to the budget segment.
So the ZTE Blade V80 Vita offers «iPhone-like» looks, practical features and a nice price — plus something that the iPhone no longer has: a classic audio jack.
