Xiaomi has confirmed the list of devices that will not receive the update to HyperOS 3

Xiaomi is gearing up for the global launch of its new HyperOS 3 shell based on Android 16. However, along with this, it has also revealed that a number of older models — from budget to flagship — will be left without a major update.

The company previously published a list of smartphones that will receive HyperOS 3, and now information has emerged about those that were not included in that list.

Xiaomi:Xiaomi 11i, 12X, Mi 11 LE, 12 Lite, 11T, Mi 11 Lite NE, Mi 11X, Mi 11, Mi Mix Fold, Mix 4, Pad 5, Civi.

Redmi:Redmi A2, 12C, 12, Note 13, Note 12R, Note 12R, Note 12S, Note 12R Pro, Note 12.

HyperOS 3 is currently in beta testing on flagship models, including the Xiaomi 15 series. Owners of devices on the list above will unfortunately remain on previous versions of Android and won’t be able to take advantage of HyperOS 3’s new features.
