Microsoft Edge now has a Copilot mode with AI features

Microsoft’s Edge browser has officially launched the experimental Copilot Mode, a new mode that lets you use AI to help with everyday tasks and speed up information retrieval.
Copilot Mode will help save time when working with tabs
According to Microsoft on its blog, Copilot Mode is now available in Edge as an experimental option. Some users started accessing the feature back in May, but the full announcement is only now. Enabling the mode is voluntary: it’s up to the user to decide whether to activate the AI features.

One of the key features of Copilot Mode is “context awareness” of open tabs. After permission from the user, the AI can analyze the contents of the tabs and help with tasks. For example, when searching for vacation rentals on different websites, Copilot can be tasked with determining which options are closest to the beach and have kitchen facilities.
