Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro flashed in Geekbench with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip and 16GB RAM

The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro, a flagship new product focused on mobile photography, has appeared in the Geekbench database. The smartphone with the model number 25067PYE3C has received a productive Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, 16GB of RAM and runs Android 15. An official announcement is expected as early as this month in China.
According to leaks, the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro will be the third Snapdragon 8s Gen 4-powered device in the Chinese market after the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. Unlike its competitors who have staked on performance, Xiaomi is emphasizing on photo capabilities and stylish design. The price is expected to be 3,000 yuan (about $415).

What Geekbench has revealed
The device scored 1983 points in the Geekbench 6 single-core and 6874 points in the Geekbench 6 multi-core tests. This is in line with the flagship level and confirms an eight-core processor with one core at 3.21GHz, three at 3.0GHz, two at 2.80GHz and two at 2.02GHz. Also confirmed is the Adreno 825 graphics gas pedal characteristic of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
A version with 16GB of RAM was used in testing – this could be the top-end configuration of the device. The smartphone runs Android 15, which makes it one of the first devices with this OS on board.

Expected specs of Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro
Insiders have previously shared some specs of the Civi 5 Pro. The smartphone is likely to get:
- OLED display with curved edges and 1.5K resolution
- Battery capacity of more than 6000 mAh
- Fast charging with 67W
- Improved camera system for low-light shooting
- Main camera with 50MP telephoto lens
