Google Clock for Wear OS gets new M3 Expressive style icons

Google has updated the Clock app for Wear OS: version 6.10.571.x brings new icons for the alarm, stopwatch and timer as part of the M3 Expressive redesign. The changes only affect the visuals — the app itself and the tiles remain the same for now.
The alarm clock is no longer displayed as an abstract icon on a yellow background, but as a realistic clock with three-dimensional elements and thick Material 3-style hands. The overall color scheme for the icons is now blue.

The stopwatch has lost its usual red color: the icon is now simpler and more concise, making it easier to see. The timer has become a stylized hourglass with blue and purple shades and a slight 3D effect.
The timer is now a stylized hourglass with blue and purple shades and a slight 3D effect.
On smartwatches, there’s no similar icon update: the redesign is limited to Wear OS only. The exception — Fitbit apps, which also got the M3 Expressive.

From first impressions with the Pixel Watch 4, the update looks more like a cosmetic one: the buttons have gotten a capsule shape, some UI elements and the font have changed. But a major feature redesign hasn’t happened yet — it’s likely to come in future versions or via a server-side update.
