“Octava DM” launched a digital portal for b2b-segment customers

Russian electroacoustic technology company Octava DM has announced the launch of a new online service for corporate customers. The digital portal has been created to quickly register project initiatives of customers using the company’s audio and communication solutions.
The platform has become an important stage in the digital transformation of Octave DM and is aimed at increasing the efficiency of interaction with partners in the public and commercial sectors. The service optimizes processes, reducing the time for reviewing applications to a few minutes and making all stages of approval transparent and predictable.

Development was based on domestic software solutions in compliance with all requirements for information security for b2b-systems. Access to the portal is provided through a secure channel, and the internal role-based control model allows the system to be managed by the company’s employees.
Octave DM CEO Lyubov Stalnova emphasized that the digital platform was conceived as a universal tool capable of accompanying the client at all stages of the project:
