Samsung has started production of OLED displays for the iPhone 15 series
By ForGeeks The Elec reports that Apple has authorized Samsung to begin production of OLED panels for all four iPhone 15 models. However, for the other two OLED panel suppliers — LG and BOE — the Production Validation Testing (PVT) phase has not yet begun.

Insiders report that BOE is behind schedule because it is having problems with product output. Most panels coming out of BOE’s factories have light streaks around the cutout for the so-called dynamic island. If these problems aren’t properly addressed, Samsung could be left as the sole supplier of OLED panels.
Samsung may be the only supplier of OLED panels.
Some even believe that BOE will not participate in this year’s contract, with the remaining orders going to the South Korean company.
