VK Board (running in beta) will help users migrate and save their data from an overseas collaboration platform. To take advantage of the migration a user will need to go to the relevant section of the VK Board and authenticate with Miro. Once authenticated, the new functionality and a list of previously saved virtual boards will become available. As part of the migration, the user will be able to retain all the familiar elements for full functionality:

  • shapes with color and stroke formatting, including text blocks;
  • links between shapes (arrows);
  • stickers, including those with text inside;
  • texts outside the figures;
  • pictures;
  • frames;
  • templates, provided they are composed of standard shapes in Miro.

Users can also transfer content with an unlimited number of both personal boards and those they have access to in Miro. For each new virtual space, a virtual board will be created with the same name and owner’s rights.
