Samsung is gearing up for a major announcement of new devices

Samsung is planning to hold several important events at once this year. As early as September 4, the company will unveil new smartphones and tablets, and on September 29, the third Samsung Unpacked forum will be held in South Korea, where three exclusive devices are rumored to be announced.
A triple foldable Galaxy smartphone with three foldable panels is expected to debut at the event.

Samsung is also preparing an XR headset with artificial intelligence (codenamed Project Haean), which is rumored to have a built-in camera, speakers, and microphone. A prototype was shown in May, and the final product is expected to compete with Meta’s Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses*.

Samsung’s first Android XR-powered headset (Project Moohan) is also in development, and according to preliminary reports, it could be available as early as October 13. It’s expected to be released in South Korea first, and then in the wider market.
Experts say the new devices underscore Samsung’s strategy to develop augmented reality and artificial intelligence technologies. There’s no official confirmation of release dates yet, but the unveiling of the new gadgets is expected to be one of the key events of the fall.
