Introduced AI-enabled soft toys – Gabbo, Grem and Grok

Singer Grimes and startup Curio have unveiled unique toys with OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot built in. There are three characters in total – Gabbo, Grem and Grok – each with their own special features.
The game is a unique experience.
Artificial intelligence toys are capable of having endless conversations with your child. It’s a sort of hybrid of a plush toy and a smart speaker. Not only can Curio talk about open-ended topics, answer questions, and offer quizzes, riddles, and other fun games, but it can do everything that today’s voice assistants do.
The toys connect to a cloud network via Wi-Fi and synchronize with ChatGPT. The manufacturer has taken age restrictions into consideration so that your child doesn’t hear anything unnecessary from the toy’s mouth. The battery and AI processor are conveniently hidden under a soft shell. The functioning is based on the CuriOS operating system. You can connect the toy to your iPhone or Android for customization and remote control.
The toys are also equipped with Bluetooth, a microphone, and an accelerometer. The last component is necessary for the toy to recognize when it’s being stroked, hugged, or thrown.
