HyperX announced Cloud III S wireless headphones with record-breaking battery life

The HyperX company has introduced new Cloud III S wireless headphones that can last up to 200 hours on a single charge, providing over a week of uninterrupted music listening. This model is a follow-up to the original Cloud III 2023 wireless headphones and now includes support for Bluetooth audio.
Impressive autonomy
With a powerful battery, the Cloud III S delivers 200 hours of battery life when using a Bluetooth connection. If you use the headphones via 2.4GHz wireless connection, however, the runtime drops to 120 hours. The headphones come with a USB dongle for 2.4GHz connectivity, but can also connect without it to certain of the latest HP Omen gaming laptops.

Individual customization and detachable microphone
One of the main features of the Cloud III S is the ability to fully customize the headphones with magnetic ear cushions. These ear cushions can be 3D printed to order, giving users the ability to create a unique design. However, this option is only available in some countries.
The headphones also feature a removable windproof microphone for convenience when traveling. Meanwhile, the headphones also have a redundant omnidirectional microphone, which is a useful feature for users who frequently make calls or engage in gaming conversations.

Expected release date and price
The HyperX Cloud III S headphones are expected to go on sale in May 2025, but the exact price has not yet been announced. For comparison, the original Cloud III model was launched with a price tag of $170. The new version will be available in black and black-and-red colors.
