Xiaomi has launched Redmi Book 14 Ryzen 2025 laptop with Ryzen 7 7735H processor and 16GB RAM
By ForGeeks Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025 laptop. The model goes on sale in China on May 26 and is already available on the JD.com platform with a starting price starting at 3,299 yuan.
Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025 is available in two configurations: with Ryzen 5 7535H processor and with Ryzen 7 7735H processor. The Ryzen 5 7535H version features 6 cores and 12 threads, a base frequency of 3.3GHz and the ability to overclock to 4.55GHz. The version with Ryzen 7 7735H offers 8 cores and 16 threads, a base frequency of 3.2 GHz and a maximum frequency of 4.75 GHz. Both versions of the laptop come with 16GB of 6400 MT/s LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB SSD storage. There’s also support for an optional M.2 SSD.
Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025 features a 14-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, 60Hz refresh rate and 100% coverage of sRGB color space. The laptop body is made of aluminum alloy and the hinge is CNC manufactured. The thickness of the case is 15.9 mm and the weight of the device is 1.35 kg.
Two fans and two 8mm diameter heat pipes are used for cooling. The 56W*h battery supports charging via a 68W USB-C adapter.
The ports include two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, one USB-A 2.0, an HDMI 2.1 TMDS port with support for 4K output at 60Hz, and a 3.5mm combo audio output for headphones and microphone. The notebook runs Windows 11 Home (Chinese version) and supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with two antennas.
The Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025 with a Ryzen 5 7535H processor costs 3,299 yuan (approximately $458), with discounts bringing the price down to 2,479 yuan (approximately $344). The model with Ryzen 7 7735H is available for 3,699 yuan (approximately $513 USD), and after rebates, it goes down to 2,959 yuan (approximately $411 USD).
Redmi had earlier introduced the standard Redmi Book 14 (2025) laptop in January 2025, and later an updated Refreshed Edition, which got an Intel Core 5-210H processor, replaced by Intel Core i5-13420H in the latest variant. This processor features 8 cores, 12 threads and a maximum clock speed of up to 4.6GHz. Both versions were equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB SSD storage, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics.
