H HP has unveiled its new model, the 2025 EliteBook X G1a, a flagship laptop designed for AI-related tasks. The laptop features a powerful 12-core processor and significantly more RAM than standard in its class.

The device’s screen is a 14-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels, brightness up to 400 nits and full coverage of the sRGB color gamut. HP Eye Ease technology helps reduce the negative effects of blue light on the eyes.

A 12-core, 24-thread AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 processor clocked up to 5.1GHz is responsible for the high performance, capable of locally processing large language models with 70-120 billion parameters. It’s paired with an AMD Radeon 890M graphics adapter, 128GB of RAM (LPDDR5x), and a 1TB SSD.

And it’s the only processor that can handle large language models with up to 5.1GHz.

The laptop has several ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 and USB Type-C, and supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The aluminum alloy chassis weighs 1.49kg and includes Poly Studio audio, a fingerprint scanner, and a 5MP camera.
