Lada Iskra will receive keyless engine start system

Information about this was published by the portal “Lada.online” with reference to the documentation of the supplier of AvtoVAZ – the company PJSC “Avar” from Pskov. The new system assumes the presence of a button for starting and stopping the engine.
The Lada Iskra has not been previously seen in production or demo models with a keyless start system. According to the source, the option is likely to appear in the top-of-the-line Luxe version, photos of which are not yet in the public domain. It is not excluded that the function will be offered as an additional option for other configurations in the future.
AvtoVAZ has not yet officially commented on the information about the kits and the availability of the keyless access system. The company said that all details will be revealed closer to the start of sales, which, according to preliminary information, are scheduled for July 20. The date was chosen for a reason – it will coincide with AvtoVAZ’s birthday.
